Five Behaviours of a cohesive team is based on a leading work around teams, by Patrick Lencioni, entitled the “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, and the work of DiSC, a specific product to create better, higher-performing teams. The facilitation programme works to create greater cohesion in a team through a pyramid model, including Trust, Conflict Management, Commitment, Accountability and Results.
Big Results Training can facilitate your team with assesments (DiSC based) on individuals then blending these with Team Surveys and Team Culture. Together, using a facilitation and training model, the team profiles and scores are assessed to identify which areas need improvement.
The process involves working on each level, starting at Trust – nothing is achievable without Trust in a team.
As a formula, Five Behaviours is broken into modules. Each module is a 1.5-3 hour long session, involving interaction and team working. The process begins by measuring the current behaviour pyramid so that there is a benchmark in place. From that we will move straight to Trust, the bedrock and foundation of a cohesive team.
Normally this is all condensed into three solid days for the team. However, this is not always practical, so we can offer this facilitation based on meetings that will work for your business. Monthly, weekly, etc.
