Julia Bickley is an experienced coach, trainer and organisational development specialist. She has worked within the field of personal and organisational development for over 15 years, in both the private and public sector and is an accredited Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, a senior trainer of MBTI Personality Profiling.
Julia has an encouraging, relaxed and natural style, bringing understanding and support to people she is working with. Julia has a genuine desire to help people move forward, achieve goals and improve their lives whether this is directly through coaching or supporting learning and personal growth through training. Self-development is a passion for Julia, she has experienced success in many areas of her life through learning and is fully aware of the impact this can have for people.
Rani Bora, is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Rehabilitation and Recovery and works within the NHS. She is a local Clinical Lead for Schwartz Center Rounds, encouraging reflective clinical practice and supporting staff to provide compassionate care.
She is an AAMET accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) trainer as well as a Wellbeing and Stress management Coach, having trained in a variety of other modalities including Three Principles, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Life Coaching, Narrative Coaching and Laughter Yoga. Rani has collaborated with Rethink, a leading Mental Health Charity organisation to produce a booklet, “Coaching for Mental Health Recovery” introducing basic coaching tools and techniques to Mental Health Professionals. ”
Michelle has been involved in developing courses, delivering training and managing trainers in both the private and public sector for over 20 years and is passionate about training and development making a real difference to people, both in the workplace and in life!
Outside of training Michelle volunteers for the NSPCC by visiting schools to run assembly’s and workshops about Speaking Out and Staying Safe. She is also a Director of a Community Interest Company that runs workshops designed to support survivors of Domestic Abuse in moving forward following their experiences.
In addition Michelle is an NLP Practitioner with a focus on supporting young people use the skills of NLP to improve their confidence and resilience.
